There are several options to consider for your unique support needs.
There are two 'value' plans that offer phone support or upgrades only.
The other plans provide different degrees of support and discounts.
Our premier plan, ADaM's Priority Access Plan provides integrated
support, (ABS acts as an extension of your data processing department)
and substantial savings for progressive clients. Please choose a plan
that is right for you. Your choice can be changed every three months
as you wish.
Value Phone Support
$100.00 per month (paid quarterly, in advance)
2 hours telephone support per month (Approx. value is $150.00)
Maintenance Plan
$135.00 per month (paid quarterly, in advance)
All releases/upgraded software versions provided at no additional
cost (installation of upgraded software versions will be charged).
(Approx. value is $300.00)
Bronze Plus Plan
$150.00 per month (paid quarterly, in advance)
2 hours telephone support per month. Does not include on-line support.
Does not include optional Add-On support
All releases/upgraded software versions provided at no additional
cost (installation of upgraded software versions will be charged)
Silver Plan
$210.00 per month (paid quarterly, in advance)
3 hours telephone/on line support per month. Includes ADaMFax and
ADaM ReportBuilder.
All releases/upgraded software versions provided at no additional
cost (installation of upgraded software versions will be charged)
10 percent discount on any future modifications for your unique
requirements
10 percent discount on training, on-site support, and user group
meetings
Gold Plan
$270.00 per month (paid quarterly, in advance)
4 hours telephone/on line support per month. Includes
all optional Add-On products.
24 hour response time
All releases/upgraded software versions provided at no additional
cost (installation of upgraded software versions will be charged)
10 percent discount on any future modifications for your unique
requirements
10 percent discount on training, on-site support, and user group

$325.00 per month (paid quarterly, in advance)
6 hours telephone/on line support per month. Includes
all optional Add-On products.
Priority response time
Access to off hour support (24 X 7)
All releases/upgraded software versions provided at no additional
cost (installation of upgraded software versions will be charged)
10 percent discount on any future modifications for your unique
requirements, training, on site support
20 percent discount on user group meetings and business application
classes
Priority in receiving new releases/training on all software upgrades
at no additional cost
Product Advisory Group Membership
Regardless of which option you choose, support is always available.
If you exceed your support agreement, you will be informed and invoiced
at our regular hourly rates. Payments should be made for three months
paid quarterly in advance. Clients that are not on a support plan
will pay standard rates, time and material, per the current rate
schedule. Upgrades and new releases can be made available at additional
charge to clients not on the plan.
