The Item information window that can be displayed
any time during the order process provides another powerful
feature. While viewing the customer's item purchase history,
you can click on the item and add it to the order with the same
quantity and price as a default, and then if necessary, you
can change the quantity and price. The customer's item history
can be sorted by item number or last purchase date. This 'click'
on an item feature is also available when viewing substitute
or alternate item numbers. |
